Of the $125 million Thrivent Builds with Habitat for Humanity alliance, $2.5 million has been committed to help Habitat for Humanity of the Mississippi Gulf Coast rebuild a community—up to 40 homes will be built, along with a park and pavilion.
The Thrivent Builds Worldwide Gulf Coast Community needs YOU to lead a team this fall to help families rebuild their homes...and their lives. You will be building homes, staying in Biloxi's Yankie Stadium and learning more about the destruction of Hurricanes Rita and Katrina.

This year, in addition to our standard Destination of Choice trips, we're offering "prepackaged," ready-to-lead trips. We take care of the details, like hotel accommodations and ground transportation. And, we've made team leader training as easy as possible with a four-hour online training session. You focus on what's really important—recruiting and guiding participants—and working with partner families to build simple, decent, affordable homes.
